Monarch is a software company founded by Anthony Perez and Connor Blasing. The team is focused fully on product development: practical tools for organizations that will not hand their data, reputation, or voice over by default.

The team behind Repuvo, Rubato, and ForgeAI moved beyond marketing and IT operations to build the product systems those operating problems called for.
Co-Founder
Anthony co-founded Monarch and leads product work across Repuvo and Rubato. After building experience in marketing and IT services, he helped guide Monarch’s transition to a software company focused on practical products for reputation operations and AI-assisted content production. His work spans product direction, user experience, go-to-market clarity, and translating real operating problems into software teams can use.
Co-Founder
Connor co-founded Monarch and works on ForgeAI, bringing experience with critical systems, cybersecurity, and infrastructure into the product’s private, locally controlled AI approach. As Monarch shifted away from marketing and IT operations, Connor’s focus moved fully into software development and the technical foundations required to build dependable product systems.
Full Stack Engineer
Chad is a full stack engineer working on ForgeAI across the front end, back end, UI/UX, QA, and AI layers. He holds a B.S. in Software Engineering and has production experience shipping web applications, mobile applications, and backend services for startup, nonprofit, and enterprise environments. His work helps turn ForgeAI’s private AI model into a usable, reliable product experience.
